we stick our fingers into the midnight air trying not to care we're teenagers, who love to scare parents and their kind with trivial things, like metal in our ears, ink under our skin, dying our hair, drugs, drinks, depression and deviancy.
Peter pan menatanlity, trying to be forever young, knowing we've got the best we'll ever get. what more could we want? good grades? early bed times? dressing conservatively? talking respectivey? well, we say, why not screaming and undressing, cussing and using school to sleep off our hangovers. people will call us stupid, immature, and tell us that we're ruining our lives, and for what? some cheap thrills? some laughs? stupid risks?
what about experinces that will curl our toes when we're 80 an reminiscing over over our golden years in a rocking chair. we offer nothing more, or less, than experinces that will last us a lifetime.
